Our History
We started as a big idea with humble beginnings. After spending many years in the insurance industry in the St. Louis and Springfield area the founder and owner of Grime Scrubbers, Paul Whitlock wanted to make a change. Not ready to retire he decided to enter the field of janitorial services. Even with a few reservations he moved forward with his idea of building a company from the ground up, focusing on customer service as the foundation. Over the years we have moved form an operation that began with only two people to more than eighty full and part time employees. Throughout the years the company has flourished because of the idea that the customer always comes first. Building on these ideas with a continuing close personal relationship with our customers, we plan to maintain our reputation and grow it into the future.
